Vision and Mission

Vision:

Welfare of the disadvantaged, poor, deprived and vulnarble people of the society and ensure social development and social security through empowerment.

Mission:

  • To provide social security for the vulnerable people of the country;
  • To provide interest-free micro credit for the 50 percent impoverished people by 2015 to alleviate their poverty, improve their socio-economic condition and standard of living;
  • To ensure the rights of the destitute, vulnerable orphan children as to their protection, supervision, welfare, rehabilitation and advancement;
  • To rectify, rehabilitate and ensure positive advancement of the crime-prone individuals;
  • To provide charge free health care services for the impoverished and vulnerable people;
  • To ensure the rights of the disabled as to their protection, supervision, welfare, rehabilitation and advancement;
  • To register the Voluntary Welfare Organizations and supervise their activities;
  • To ensure welfare, advancement and rehabilitation of the socially disabled women;
  • To provide support and motivation to prevent social injustice; 
  • To provide skill development training for the professional social workers;
  • To aid women who have suffered burn from acid attacks and ensure their advancement.
